Hula Moon & Queen St.

Epoxworks 5

These two classic-styled runabouts were designed and built by Gary Brookins of Brookins Classic Runabouts in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

The 19′ HULA MOON has a bottom and deck of laminated marine mahogany plywood and Honduras Mahogany. The topsides are traditional seam batten mahogany and all joinery is epoxy bonded.

The award-winning, 26′ QUEEN ST. has a bottom of two diagonal layers of Alaskan yellow cedar over marine plywood and an outer layer of Honduras mahogany. Her topsides are mahogany over two diagonal layers of yellow cedar and her deck is mahogany over marine plywood.

HULA MOON resides appropriately in Honolulu and QUEEN ST. graces the waters of Lake Washington in Washington state.
